No Smoking or Vaping Inside
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside either suite. This is a historic 1898 building with original heart-pine floors and irreplaceable woodwork. Please smoke outside and away from the entrances.
No Parties or Loud Music
The Wilder House is a residential building in a real neighborhood. Events, parties, and gatherings beyond your registered guests are not permitted. Please keep noise at a level that respects the other residents.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted in either suite. This applies to all animals. If you have a service animal, please contact us before booking.
City of Savannah Noise Ordinance
The City of Savannah enforces a noise ordinance prohibiting unreasonable noise disturbance at all hours. Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding residential community at all times. Violations can result in fines and may affect your booking.
Parking
One dedicated off-street parking spot per suite at the rear of the property. Your spot is marked with your unit number. If parking on the street, follow all posted signs carefully. Street sweepers operate on scheduled nights.
